Cub Scouts is a year-round family program for boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grade. Our Pack has exciting events and activities that are fun for the entire family. Our Scouts learn important life skills, personal safety, and environmental stewardship. They also participate in fun outdoor activities, get involved in their community, and learn to be part of a team.

How to join Pack 1540:
Complete the National Membership Registration Form and pay ~$85 dollars (National Annual Registration fee of $85).
Pay Annual Pack Dues - 2024-2025 annual dues for NEW MEMBERS is $230 ($80 council fee and $150 for pack activities). Please note in future years we require scouts to sell popcorn to keep the cost of dues low, but for first-year scouts, we realize jumping in to sell popcorn is a lot.
Financial assistance scholarships are available to any Scout family to assist or cover registration fees, dues, or the purchase of a uniform. Contact Pack Committee Chair Drew Ensz for more information: webpack1540@gmail.com
Returning Scouts: You do not need to complete the national membership registration form. Please pay your 2024-2025 Annual Registration and Pack Dues before October 1:
$230 with a commitment to sell $500 popcorn ($80 council fee + $150 pack dues)
or $430 to opt-out of the popcorn fundraising program ($80 council fee + $150 pack dues + $200 popcorn opt-out fee)
Financial assistance scholarships are available to any Scout family to assist or cover registration fees, dues, or the purchase of a uniform. Contact Pack Committee Chair Drew Ensz for more information: webpack1540@gmail.com.
Upcoming Events
Campouts
We love camping! Our Pack goes camping at least twice a year - in the fall as school is starting and in the spring as summer arrives. The entire family is invited to participate as Den’s go on adventures, cook meals together, and then end the day with skits, songs, and awards.
Pack Meetings
Our Pack comes together once a month for a meeting to celebrate, recognize achievements, complete service projects, go to sporting events, or for some friendly competition among the Dens.
Den Meetings
The Pack is made up of multiple Dens. Each Den is made up of Scouts in the same grade or age together, working on adventures to complete badge requirements through games, service projects, outdoor activities, and mayhem!
